Delete your EZHaru account
There is nothing to fill in. We do not store your email address or your name, so the only way we can find your account is for you to sign in with the same Google account you use in EZHaru. Signing in identifies the account; the deletion then runs immediately.
What gets deleted
- The one-way code that stands for your account on our server.
- Your remaining free allowance and the record of what you have used. Any unused minutes are gone.
- Our record of the requests your account made.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. Because the code is one-way, we have no way to restore it. Signing in again later starts a new account with no balance.
What this page cannot delete for you
- Your recordings and notes are not on our server. They live on your phone and in your own cloud folder — your Microsoft OneDrive or your Google Drive. Deleting your account here does not touch them. You delete those yourself, in the app or in your own cloud folder.
- Anything stored on your phone. Uninstalling EZHaru removes the local copies.
- Files already handled by a service you connected with your own API key. Those are under your own agreement with that service.
One thing is kept on purpose. After deletion we keep the one-way code and the date, and nothing else, so that deleting and signing in again does not hand out the free allowance over and over. It contains no content of yours and cannot be turned back into your identity.
When it happens
Immediately. The deletion runs while you wait, and this page tells you when it is done. There is no queue and no waiting period.
Delete my account
Sign in with the Google account you use in EZHaru. We use the sign-in only to identify the account for this deletion — nothing about it is stored.
Choosing to continue loads Google’s sign-in script on this page. Nothing is loaded until you do.
You can also do this inside the app: Settings → your plan → Delete my account.
